About these guides
How these tools are put together, and what they can — and can't — do.
Where the ranges come from
These sleep-duration ranges reflect widely used paediatric sleep recommendations. Practical scheduling and wake-window guidance is informed by commonly used educational resources in infant and child sleep. Safe sleep content should align with current public-health guidance. The SleepEasy Club does not claim endorsement by any external organisation.
A starting point, not a prescription
Every child is different. These tools offer broad, gentle starting points — not rigid rules or targets. Individual sleep needs, feeding, health, temperament and family routines all matter. Watch your child's cues and adjust gradually.
Not medical advice
This tool provides general sleep education and is for reference only. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical or professional advice. For feeding, breathing, growth, illness, safety or developmental concerns, please contact your child's paediatrician or appropriate healthcare professional.
Your privacy
You can use all of the tools anonymously. Email is only requested as an optional way to save or send a guide, and results are visible without it. Submitted lead information is kept private and never displayed publicly. To request deletion of any data you have submitted, please contact The SleepEasy Club.
